Embedded Parts Manufacturing Process

Processing according to drawings → Measurement and positioning → Erecting supports → Placing bolts, embedded parts, and temporary fixing → Re-measurement and final fixing

Measurement and Positioning: First, the technician familiarizes themselves with the drawings and conducts technical briefings. Then, a dedicated surveyor, according to the technical measurement requirements, draws control lines and elevation control lines for the embedded parts and bolts from the measurement control network. The specific positions of the embedded anchor bolts and embedded parts are then determined based on the design's center and elevation.

Fixing Supports: Relative elevation points are projected onto the support piles. The bottom should be reliably welded, completely separated from the formwork fixing frame, rebar fixing frame, etc., and the fixing frame should have sufficient rigidity and stability.

Placing Bolts: After the fixing frame is erected, the bolts should first be centered according to the positioning lines, then the elevation should be adjusted, and temporary reinforcement should be carried out according to the plan requirements.

Re-measurement and Final Fixing: After the bolts and embedded parts are placed, the surveyor adjusts and checks them again. After inspection and confirmation that they meet the specifications, the lower part of the bolts is then welded firmly to the fixing frame. At the same time, scissor braces are welded to the bolt fixing bracket in both longitudinal and transverse directions to strengthen it.
